Custom Embroidered Patches, Made on Request
Want the raised, stitched look of a classic badge? We make custom embroidered patches on request: send your artwork, size and quantity and a person replies with a quote. If your logo has small text or fine lines, a woven patch usually reproduces it better — and that is priced instantly online.

- Edge and backing. A stitched Merrow border or a cut edge; sew-on, iron-on or hook-and-loop.
- Where it goes and when. The garment or item, and the date you need the patches.
Where to send it
- Email support@peach-labels.com with the artwork attached.
- WhatsApp +1 (435) 800-0172, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm MT.
- Or use the contact page and choose "Pricing or quantities".
Embroidered or woven: which suits your design
Choose embroidered when
- You want raised, stitched texture — a varsity, scout or heritage badge look.
- The design is bold: large letters, a few solid shapes, no fine detail.
- The patch is large and goes on a heavy garment, like a jacket back.
Choose woven when
- Your logo has small text, thin outlines or many colors in a small area.
- The patch goes on a cap, sleeve or bag where a thin, flat patch sits better — see custom hat patches.
- You want an exact price now: woven patches are priced instantly, and in bulk on wholesale patches.
Quick test before you ask for a quote
Shrink your artwork to the real patch width — usually 2–3″. If any lettering or line is hard to read at that size, embroidery will lose it and woven is the safer choice. The full comparison is in woven vs embroidered patches.
FAQ
Embroidered patches, answered
Yes, on request. Woven patches are our standard product with an instant online price; embroidered patches are quoted per design. Send your artwork, the finished size and the quantity, and we reply with a price.
Embroidery is priced mainly by stitch count — how much of the patch the stitching covers and how fine the work is — plus size and quantity, so each design is quoted individually. If you want a price right now, a woven patch of the same size is priced instantly in the configurator.
Your artwork (vector or high-resolution PNG), the finished size, the quantity, the edge you want (a stitched Merrow border or a cut edge that follows the shape), the backing (sew-on, iron-on or hook-and-loop), where the patch will be attached, and your deadline.
It depends on the detail. Embroidered lettering fills in below roughly 0.16″ tall and reads comfortably from about 0.24″, so bold, simple marks suit it. Logos with small text, thin outlines or many colors in a small area come out sharper as a woven patch.
Yes. Upload the same artwork to the woven patch configurator to see the woven price instantly, then decide once the embroidered quote arrives. Our artwork review will also tell you if your design needs simplifying for either method.
