Bulk custom patch prices

Size and quantity set most of the price; extra thread colors (up to twelve) add less. These are the figures from our published cost study. Your exact patch — shape, edge, backing and quantity — is priced live in the patch configurator.

Where the savings stop

The per-patch price falls fastest between 250 and 1,000 pieces, because the loom setup is spread over more patches. From 2,000 pieces the price per patch is flat, so a bigger run only makes sense if you will use the patches.

Who orders patches wholesale

Clothing and hat brands

Patches for a cap drop, a jacket line or a whole season, ordered per design at the quantity each product needs. Cap fronts usually take a patch 2–2.6″ wide — see custom hat patches.

Companies and staff uniforms

Company logo patches for workwear, uniforms and branded gifts. A woven patch keeps small type and fine lines readable. See custom logo patches and hook-and-loop patches for swappable uniforms.

Teams, clubs, schools and events

Crests, event badges and award patches with a motto or a year that embroidery would lose. Iron-on backing makes them easy to hand out; sew-on patches last longest.

Merch shops and resellers

Designer patches made to your own artwork, in the quantity you sell through. Stored artwork means the next batch is a reorder, not a new project.

How a bulk patch order works

1. Price it online

Upload a logo (PNG, SVG, AI or PDF), choose shape, size, edge and backing, and compare 500 against 2,000 pieces in the same session. The price shown is the price you pay.

2. Artwork review in 24 hours

A person checks every file before weaving — thin lines, small text and colors that will merge are flagged before production, not after. See the artwork guidelines.

3. Optional photo proof

For a large run, add a photo proof (2–4 business days) or start with a 5-patch Proof Pack and hold real patches before committing.

4. Production and reorders

Patches are woven in 8–10 business days and ship tracked from Salt Lake City. The approved design stays on your account, so the next run is one click and dispatches in 5–7 business days.

Woven or embroidered for a bulk run?

Woven: detail and a flat finish

Woven patches hold small lettering, thin outlines and up to twelve colors, and sit flat on caps, sleeves and bags. They are our standard product, priced instantly at any quantity.

Embroidered: raised texture, on request

For a raised, stitched look on a bold design, custom embroidered patches are quoted per design. Compare the two in woven vs embroidered patches.
