Standard production takes 8–10 business days from artwork clearance — that's factory time only, not including artwork review or shipping. Understanding each phase helps you place your order with the right lead time for your launch or restock deadline.

What affects production speed
- Order quantity — larger orders require more weaving time
- Label complexity — more thread colors and finer detail mean more loom setup time
- Fold type — end fold and Manhattan fold add finishing steps beyond weaving
- Production queue — peak periods may add 1–3 extra days

How to minimize your lead time
Submit clean artwork
The single most impactful thing you can do. Clean, production-ready artwork goes straight into the production queue after review. Each revision round adds 48+ hours before production can begin.
Use vector files
AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF files eliminate the most common artwork issues. Low-resolution PNGs or JPEGs frequently require a revision round. See the artwork guidelines for exact requirements.
Reorder previously approved artwork
Previously approved artwork doesn't need a full review. Proofing is abbreviated when the specification hasn't changed, and production can begin faster. Open a trade account for permanent artwork storage and fast reorders.
Plan for your destination
USA delivery is 1–3 business days after dispatch. International delivery is 7–14 days. Add a customs buffer of 3–5 days for international time-sensitive orders. See the shipping guide for destination-specific estimates.
Planning for a launch or restock
Product launch timing
Allow at least 4 weeks from order placement to delivery for a new design going into launch. This covers artwork review, production, shipping, and a buffer for any revision or shipping variability. Place your order before your garments arrive at the factory — labels and garments rarely need to arrive at exactly the same moment.
Restocking existing labels
If you are reordering a previously approved label, the timeline is shorter — artwork review is fast-tracked and proofing is abbreviated. For ongoing programs, consider a trade account which keeps your artwork on file for instant reordering and priority production scheduling.
