- No re-proofing. Photo proof is not charged again. Reorders skip the artwork review stage entirely for unchanged designs.

First order — sets everything up
Submit your configuration and artwork. Our team reviews within 48 hours. If a photo proof was selected, it's produced and approved before the full run. Your production-ready specification is then locked to your account.
Every reorder — straight to production
Log in → My Orders → find the order → click Reorder. Your exact spec loads into cart automatically. Adjust quantity if needed. Check out. No upload, no proof round, no delay. Dispatches in 5–7 business days.
Address book
Store multiple delivery addresses — studio, factory, warehouse, home office, a CMT supplier you ship labels to directly. Select at checkout without re-typing. Order history serves as an internal record for cost tracking and production planning.
Changing something on a reorder
Quantity change with no other modifications goes straight to production. Artwork revision, size change, or fold type change goes through the appropriate review stage. Contact us before placing to confirm timeline and steps.
