Shipping and Delivery
Peach Labels ships custom woven labels to the United States and Canada. We ship from Salt Lake City, Utah, and every order is dispatched with USPS tracking. Shipping is a separate phase from production: plan your total timeline to include artwork review, production, and shipping.
Delivery times and destinations
Where we ship
- United States: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- Canada: typically 1–2 weeks after dispatch, including customs clearance
We currently deliver to the US and Canada only. Your exact rate and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout before you pay.
The full order timeline
- Order placed — artwork reviewed within 24 hours
- Artwork cleared — production begins automatically
- Production — 8–10 business days in the factory
- Dispatch — tracking notification sent when collected
- Delivery — 1–3 business days (US) or about 1–2 weeks (Canada)
Orders for a product launch should allow at least 3–4 weeks from order placement to delivery, with extra buffer for Canadian customs.
Your shipping options at checkout
Economy (USPS Ground Advantage)
3–5 business days after dispatch. Budget option for lighter orders — appears at checkout when it beats the flat rate, so you always see the cheapest available option.
USPS Priority Mail — Flat Rate
2–3 business days after dispatch. One fixed price regardless of weight — the same rate whether your envelope holds 100 labels or 2,000. Most orders ship this way.
USPS Priority Mail — Flat Rate Box
2–3 business days after dispatch. Bulk orders (large patch or multi-product runs) ship in a flat rate box — still one fixed price, up to 70 lb.
USPS First-Class Mail — Large Envelope
2–5 business days after dispatch. The lowest-cost option for small US orders that fit a flat envelope, such as a few dozen labels or tags. No tracking. Offered at checkout only when your order qualifies.
USPS Priority Mail Express — Flat Rate
1–2 business days after dispatch. The fastest option: overnight to most US addresses, still at a flat, weight-independent price.
Delivery estimates above are for US addresses. Canadian orders ship via USPS across the border; the available service and live rate are shown at checkout, and delivery typically takes about 1–2 weeks including customs.
USPS Priority Mail flat-rate pricing is based on the size of the envelope or box, not the weight of what's inside, up to that service's weight limit. In practice, this means a 2,000-label order often ships for the exact same price as a 100-label order, as long as both fit the same flat-rate envelope — so ordering more labels at once doesn't proportionally increase your shipping cost the way weight-based carriers do.
Tracking, customs, and planning
Tracking your shipment
- Every shipping option includes tracking, except the USPS First-Class Mail envelope
- Tracking notification sent when your parcel is collected
- Tracking events may not update in real time at every transit point — normal behavior
- If tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days past the estimated window, contact support
Customs and import duties
- We ship from Salt Lake City, Utah — US orders pay no import fees
- Canadian orders may incur duties, GST/HST, or handling fees on import — the recipient's responsibility
- We declare the commercial value accurately on every shipment
- Customs delays are outside our control and cannot be compensated
- Allow at least 3–4 weeks from order to delivery for product launches
- Submit clean artwork to avoid revision delays before production starts
- Add a few extra days for customs on Canadian orders near a deadline
- Reorders of previously approved artwork are faster — artwork review is abbreviated
