When to contact support
- If the delivered order is materially different from the approved configuration.
- If goods arrive damaged or there is a production-quality problem.
- If a shipment issue needs investigation or confirmation.
Resolution process
- Contact support at support@peachlabels.com with your order reference and a clear description of the issue within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide photos where useful so the issue can be reviewed quickly against the approved configuration.
- Because orders are custom-made, general change-of-mind returns are not accepted after approval, but production mistakes and confirmed transit damage can be reviewed for a remake or refund.
