What the guarantee covers

What we guarantee

  • Match to your approved configuration. Size, fold, colors, text, and artwork placement exactly as approved — or we reprint at no cost.
  • Production quality. Labels free of weaving defects, fraying edges, misprints, and material flaws. Confirmed faults are reprinted or refunded in full.
  • Artwork checked before production. Every file is reviewed by our team first. If something won't reproduce well, we contact you before making a bad label.
  • Durability. Woven labels are colourfast and rated for 60°C machine washing. A label that fails in normal use within the garment's life is a defect — and covered.

What's not covered

  • Design choices you approved — text, spelling, sizing, and layout exactly as shown in your approved configuration.
  • Minor colour variation. Screens display colour differently than woven thread. Small tolerances are inherent to weaving. Order the Label Proof Pack if colour accuracy is critical.
  • Change of mind after production starts. Every order is custom-made to your specification.

Before your labels go to the loom, our team checks your artwork file, configuration, and size spec. If anything looks off, we reach out — nothing is made until it's right.

Colourfast and wash-tested

Thread color is woven into the fabric structure, not printed on top. It cannot crack, peel, or fade. Woven labels survive industrial washing at 60°C and last the lifetime of the garment.

Free digital proof

Every order receives a digital artwork proof before production. Review it, request changes, and only approve when you're happy. Production doesn't begin until you give the go-ahead.

Guarantee, answered

A defect is any difference between what you approved and what was produced — wrong size, wrong fold, incorrect colors, weaving faults, fraying edges, or misaligned artwork. If the finished label matches your approved configuration exactly, it is not a defect, even if your preferences changed after the order was placed.
Most claims are approved within one business day of receiving your email with photos. We aim to have reprints dispatched within the standard production window (8–10 business days) from approval. If you need a faster resolution due to a launch deadline, tell us in your claim email and we will do our best to prioritize.
No. We do not require return shipping for defect claims. Photos of the issue are sufficient for us to assess and approve the claim. Requiring return shipping on a defective product would only add delay and cost to a situation we caused — so we don't.
Claims should be submitted within 7 days of delivery. This gives us the best chance to assess the issue while the production batch is still traceable. Claims received significantly later may be harder to verify, but we review every submission individually — contact us even if you are slightly outside the window.
