Terms of Service
These terms describe the basic rules for using the Peach Labels website and placing custom woven label orders through the platform. Peach Labels is operated by Peachlabelz LLC, a Utah limited liability company, which is the seller for every order placed on this site.
Order and website use
- Customers are responsible for the accuracy of submitted artwork and text.
- Production starts based on the approved order configuration and any applicable proofing process.
- Website content, pricing, and configuration options may be updated over time.
Approval, delivery, and liability
- Approval of proofs, text, dimensions, colors, and folds confirms the production-ready order setup.
- Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Peak periods, holidays (including Chinese New Year), destination, and courier delays can add extra days, and a delay does not entitle you to cancel an order that has entered production.
- Peach Labels is not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate submitted content or rights to artwork the customer does not own.
