The Technology

Woven on a Jacquard loom, thread by thread

A Jacquard loom is a precision weaving machine controlled by a digital file — your artwork is translated into a thread pattern, then woven at micro HD density. Unlike screen printing or heat transfer, where ink sits on top of the fabric and eventually fades, cracks, or peels, woven labels are made from thread.

Every detail — your logo, your brand name, fine lines, color gradients — is woven directly into the structure of the label itself. The result is a label that looks sharp on day one and stays that way after hundreds of washes.

Fold Options

Choose the fold that fits your garment

Flat label

No fold, lies completely flat. Ideal for labels sewn inside waistbands, collar interiors, or heat-sealed to fabrics. Clean, minimal profile.

Centerfold

Folded in half along the center. The most common format — loops through a seam or sits at a collar. Works beautifully for brand labels and size tags worn against skin.

End fold

Folded at both ends and stitched down. Creates a neat, professional finish without exposed edges. Great for bag labels and decorative exterior branding.

Attachment

Sew-on or iron-on — which is right for you?

Both options are available on every label. The right choice comes down to how the garment will be used and washed.

Most popular · Most durable

Sew-on

Stitched directly into any seam, hem, or collar. The most permanent attachment — survives every wash the garment goes through. Standard for all production clothing and the method we recommend for most orders.

  • Apparel & knitwear
  • Bags & accessories
  • Any fabric type
No sewing required

Iron-on

Heat-activated adhesive backing bonds to fabric in seconds without sewing. Ideal for prototypes, samples, or decorative items. Keep in mind: the adhesive weakens gradually with repeated hot washes — sew-on is better for production garments.

  • Prototypes & sampling
  • Craft & DIY projects
  • Non-washed or low-wash items

FAQ

Questions we hear most often

The standard minimum order is 50 labels. Businesses can also order a Label Proof Pack — 5 production labels with a photo proof for $30 — to validate the design before a full run.
We produce labels from 0.3" up to 7.87" in both width and height. Common sizes are 1"×2" for neck labels and 1"×2.75" for brand labels. Every order is custom — just enter the dimensions you need and the price updates in real time.
Sew-on labels are stitched into a garment seam — the most permanent and durable method, recommended for all production clothing. Iron-on labels use a heat-activated adhesive that bonds without sewing, which is convenient for prototypes or non-washed items. The adhesive will weaken gradually with repeated hot washes, so sew-on is always the safer long-term choice.
Up to 12 colors per label. The configurator shows a live preview of your exact color combination before you order — what you see is what gets woven.
Our team reviews every artwork file within 48 hours of your order. If we spot anything that needs attention — a resolution issue, a design element that won't weave cleanly — we reach out before production begins. If everything looks good, your order goes straight into production.
