Pricing

Woven Label Volume Pricing

The cost per woven label falls with quantity — not as a courtesy discount, but because fixed costs (artwork digitisation, loom setup, proofing) spread across more labels. From 50 to 50,000 pieces, the production quality is identical. What changes is the cost per label. See your exact price instantly in the configurator.

What affects your price per label

Quantity — the largest factor

The biggest reduction comes between 50 and 500 pieces. At 50 pieces, the full artwork setup cost is spread across 50 labels. At 500, across 500. Brands can start at 50 pieces and move to bulk pricing as volume grows — no re-setup required. In real terms that is $1.22 per unit at 50 pieces against $0.30 at 500 — see the published cost data.

Thread color count

Each color adds production complexity. Most professional brand labels use 2–4 colors — sufficient for a clear brand mark without unnecessary cost. See the color count guide for guidance. Maximum 12 thread colors per label.

Label size

Larger labels use more thread and machine time. A 50×30 mm label costs more per unit than a 25×15 mm label at the same quantity, though size contributes less dramatically than quantity or color count.

Weave type

Damask weave carries a small premium over standard weave — finer thread count, softer reverse face, sharper logo resolution. Fold type (center, end, Manhattan) has minimal price impact.
